How do you send my order?

Our products come carefully packaged in a cardboard box. The box is branded and the product is nicely wrapped so it can also be used as a gift to your colleague or co-worker.
How fast is the delivery time?

Our goal is to deliver your products ASAP. That’s why we are working only with the best cargo partners to deliver the goods to you quickly and safely. Our delivery partners are thus DPD parcel delivery and DHL.
We ship worldwide
Domestic customers will receive their lab coat in 5 - 6 days.
International customers will receive their lab coat in 7 - 9 days.

Every shipment has their own tracking number so you will be able to track your shipment and prepare a nice welcome party for your coat.  

Orders can be returned within 30 days from delivery if the size doesn’t fit or the product was damaged in transit.
What about shipping costs?

We want to ensure you the best price for express shipping service. The shipping cost for domestic orders is 4,5 EUR, for international orders: 6,5 EUR.

If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we. How can you make a return?

All orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date by contacting us by e-mail to Make sure to include your order number in the subject line and to describe the reason for returning your product in the body of the email. If your goods were damaged please also include pictures of the damage.

Some restrictions apply: Customised Products (except for manufacturing defects) Limited Edition products (except for manufacturing defects) Bundle deals (e.g. "Buy 2 lab coats and, get a T-shirt Lab-Label for free", except for manufacturing defects)

A fundamental condition for exercising the right to return is that the returned products must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, labels, manuals and everything else included in the package. Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and, in case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.

If the return falls outside of the 30 days period or the items are affected by any of the previous defects or they are not in their complete and original packaging, we cannot accept the returned products and cannot give a refund.

Within three business days from receiving your return package, we will contact you with information about the refund. You will receive your funds within 48 hours if you are eligible.
